Member of the Kering Luxury Group Balenciaga announced it would start accepting Bitcoin payments in multiple U.S. flagship stores and on their online site in May 2022. According to reports, the company have not decided what payment gateway provider it will partner with, however a spokesperson for Balenciaga said that 'Balenciaga is thinking long-term about crypto, and fluctuations in currency value are nothing new.'
